It is a new age pen and paper tool via computer, used by people to express their opinions and at the same time allow others to view those opinions. This has become a nation wide fade. For some it is big business and others it is just a hobby. In either case there are others in the internet continuum that seem to enjoy reading what other people think, feel and do.
